This policy explains how we process personal data when you visit our website or contact us, in line with the GDPR and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) where they apply.

2. Personal data we process
We do not ask for special category data in any form. Please do not include such information in your messages.

4. Recipients
We do not sell personal data. We share it only as needed with:
- Infrastructure and hosting providers: this website and its database run on Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure, which acts as our processor.
- Analytics provider: only with your consent, Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC for Google Analytics 4.
- Advertising partner: only with your consent, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms, Inc. through the Meta Pixel.
- Office and communication tool providers used for email and internal work tracking.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting, technical) bound by confidentiality, and authorities where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
We are based in Türkiye, and our infrastructure provider may process data on servers in other countries. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA or the UK, we rely on the mechanisms available under applicable law, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. 6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for and as required by law, then delete, destroy or anonymise it. Cookie and similar storage durations are listed in our Cookie Policy.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you have the right to:
- access your personal data and receive a copy
- have inaccurate data corrected and request erasure
- restrict or object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interests
- receive your data in a portable format where processing is based on consent or contract
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing
- lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your place of residence or work, or with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority
To exercise these rights, write to hello@roasdigitall.com. We may need to verify your identity first and will respond within the legal time limits (generally within one month). Turkish residents can also use our data subject request page (in Turkish).
8. Cookies and similar technologies

9. Security and children
We protect data with reasonable technical and organisational measures. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, however. Our website is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with the date above.
